A tasteful twist on the British pub classic, this rarebit layers flavour upon flavour by mixing mustard, ale and mature cheddar, which is all topped off with crispy PEPPADEW® Bites stuffed with a smooth creamy cheese.

Ingredients
- 3 PEPPADEW® Bites
- 3x75g slices of French baguette
RAREBIT
- 30g mature cheddar
- 15ml ale
- 8g plain flour
- 8g breadcrumbs
- 5g English mustard
- 18g egg yolks
Method
- Melt the cheddar & ale together and then stir in the flour, breadcrumbs & mustard.
- Continue to cook until the mixture starts to leave the side of the pan.
- Allow to cool and then beat in the egg yolks.
