Ingredients
- 6 PEPPADEW® Bites
- 2g fajita seasoning
- 50g PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté
PEPPER SAUCE
- 45g guacamole
- 40g sour cream
- 2g chives & coriander
Method
- Deep fry your PEPPADEW® Bites and then immediately dust with fajita seasoning.
- Once fully covered in seasoning, thread your PEPPADEW® Bites onto a skewer.
TO SERVE
Place each of the sauces in separate ramekins and garnish your skewers with finely chopped chives & coriander.
