Ingredients
- 3 PEPPADEW® Bites
- 65g romaine lettuce
- 65g egg – soft boiled & quartered
- 25g parmesan shavings
- 6g anchovies
- 50ml Caesar dressing
- 1g black pepper
Method
- Simply & carefully toss all ingredients together in a large bowl, and then arrange neatly into a serving bowl.
TO SERVE
For a crisp, sumptuous alternative to traditional croutons, finish with the deep-fried PEPPADEW® Bites cut in half.
