Ingredients
- 3 PEPPADEW® Bites
- 10g crispy onions
- 25ml mushroom ketchup
- 75g beer pickled onions
- 100ml beer
Method
- Petal your pickled onions and add then add beer.
- Place the beer pickled onion petal and mushroom ketchup next to the piping hot PEPPADEW® Bites.
TO SERVE
Finish your dish by sprinkling the crispy onions over the bites and pickled onions.
