PEPPADEW® BITES FILO TART
A trio of mini caramelised red onion & balsamic chutney filo tarts each topped with a PEPPADEW® Bite. A great vegetarian addition to any menu, whether it be as a bar snack, start or side.

Ingredients
- 3 PEPPADEW® Bites
- 33g filo pastry sheets
- 25g salted butter, melted
- 2g smoked paprika
- 15g parmesan, grated
- 50g red onion & balsamic chutney 10g walnuts, roasted & chopped
- 1g chives
Method
- Take a sheet of filo pastry and brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with paprika and parmesan.
- Fold into quarters and repeat the above process, continue to do this with the remaining filo sheets.
- Press into non-stick moulds & cook at 180˚c for approximately 8 minutes or until golden brown.
TO SERVE
Place a spoonful of chutney in the bottom of each tart, sprinkle with walnuts and top with a PEPPADEW® Bite. Finish with finely chopped chives.
